Risk
Management

  • Manage delivery of project goals within highly regulated industries.

  • In banking, insurance, wealth management, super, social services and defence undertake risk, legislation and regulatory assessments with business stakeholders to plan to put appropriate controls and mitigations in place. Prepare new technology or customer service cases for APRA reviews. Deliver Defence technology to Defence software procurement standards.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Run procurement exercises and design ongoing vendor management frameworks. Work with the business from requirements building, through to options analysis and procurement activities.

  • Develop all aspects of procurement process and delivery for real estate project management, software-as-a-service, partner outsourcing and consultancy tenders.

Organisational
Design

  • Consult with executives, board and staff to develop organisational redesigns that empowers departments or organisation to be future ready. Looking at current and future capabilities and experience to develop structures, transition plans and communications activities with the business.

  • Led organisation design activities ranging from whole of business through to senior executive teams and department redesign around functional capabilities in both commercial and not-for-profit spaces.

Change
Management

  • Prepare organisations for significant transformations by developing change management strategies that increase employee engagement and create clarity through times of ambiguity. Undertake change, training and communication planning from early strategy through to post-delivery. Develop change strategies that build trust between the executive, board and teams.

  • Significant experience in architecting strategy re-sets, adopting disruptive technologies, software implementations, organisational mergers, division divestments, and digital, cloud and analytics transformations.

Optimisation & Process Improvement

  • Bring a multi-stakeholder lens to process optimisation to ensure improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction and accuracy. Either through identifying alternative technology, simplifying process design or challenging current ways.

  • Led optimisation projects to redesign for customer experience and sales funnels, financial services products, governance processes, project portfolios and risk management capabilities.
